Meet the staff
Steve Cunliffe - Managing Director
Steve, is a joint owner of the business in partnership with Adrian Martin.
He has an extensive background in the forklift industry having held senior executive positions and directorships with some of the industry's major manufacturers, distributors and specialist international parts suppliers.
As a boiler maker by trade, he has a close hands on affinity with all aspects of the industry. Steve's main focus is on business development, sales and marketing aspects and is heavily involved in procuring the equipment that our customers need.
Adrian Martin - Director
Adrian also has an extensive association with the industry having held senior operations executive positions with several major manufacturer organisations in Australia and overseas.
With his technical background, Adrian's role is focused not only on the management of the company's forklift rental business, but also direction of our service and maintance division.
These key functions also provide strong support for the quality of product offered by our sales division and provision of long term support for our customers.
Our Personnel
Our objective is to form long term business partnerships with our customers through every facet of our business from forklift sales and hire through to the servicing of your forklifts.
To achieve this we have to provide a combination of knowledge, skills and commitment.
As owners of the business, Steve and Adrian have selected staff based on their skills and especially on their attitude to providing our customers with the best possible service.
We don't guarantee to be perfect, but we maintain a policy of continuous improvement.
Our sales advisory team is extremely knowedgeable in relation to their products and are more than happy to source your requirements well beyond our normal range.
The Fork Force team is made up of diverse skill sets across three core business segments of Sales, Hire and Service plus administration.
