ForkForce is proud to announce the sale or hire of its 450th Enforcer forklift in Australia since the brand was first launched back in 2010.
ForkForce Director Adrian Martin reports that the rate of Enforcer brand sales has been steadily increasing in recent months.
“We’ve started to make our presence felt in the market and our products are getting out there. We’re getting good brand awareness and we’ve proven that our goal to deliver value for money, fit for purpose forklifts is really happening.”
“It has been particularly satisfying to have quite a few existing customers return to buy even more Enforcers, and for them to be obviously recommending these machines to their own circle of contacts.”
“After our Enforcer brochure, existing customers and customer referrals are our biggest lead sources for selling new Enforcers these days.”
Mr Martin attributes Enforcer’s success to its good quality, its reliable product support, the 5-Year Parts & Labour Warranty, and an increasing trend among Australian companies to purchase more affordable, brand new Chinese-manufactured forklifts.
“We’ve proven that we can support the product and we’re getting a reputation among forklift companies to talk to us when they’re sourcing parts for Chinese forklifts,” the ForkForce Director said.
“We’re beginning to win a bigger slice of the market and we’re actually beating some of the traditional but more expensive Japanese forklift manufacturers now.”
ForkForce believes that the growing acceptance and adoption of Chinese products in the material handling arena has been critical.
“The quality of Chinese manufacturing has really advanced in leaps and bounds and we wouldn’t supply these Enforcers unless we really believed in them – it’s our reputation on the line and our 5-year warranty on the line.”
“These Enforcers meet all the strict Australian quality standards and we’ve been personally monitoring their production quality over the last few years with regular onsite inspections at the Maximal and Zowell production plants in China.”
“These Enforcer forklifts and walkie stackers are the real deal and we’ve been around every type of forklift in the market for more than 30 years. Everything is made in China these days – even the premium brands – so customers are getting comfortable with the Chinese tag.”
“We haven’t had anyone reject a machine on poor quality,” Mr Martin said. “It’s natural for even the best serviced mechanical equipment to break down eventually after a few years. So what matters most to customers is that we are able to supply parts quickly, efficiently and cost effectively.”
Starting predominantly as a used forklift dealer, ForkForce has grown into a business that is now evenly split between new and used equipment sales and hire.
Feedback on the Enforcer brand has remained positive right up until its 450th customer, which gives ForkForce the confidence to put more Enforcer forklifts into its own rental fleet.
“The best testing ground for any product is one’s own forklift hire fleet. Rental customers traditionally don’t respect equipment as much as forklift owners do. They pay a fee and they get to send it back when they break it,” Martin states.
“Rental stock gets very hard punishment in most cases and we’ve had these Chinese forklifts in our hire fleet for the past three years. We’ve had them everywhere – down in tunnels, on construction sites, and around office blocks in the city.”
“They are performing very well under heavy scrutiny and some initial doubts – and you can see the general industry is recognising this and its perception of Chinese forklifts is changing accordingly.”
