A horrible experience buying an electric pallet, Jack. It broke down after 3 months from the purchase. Fork force sent the technician to look at it. He said it required a new part which was coming from China.
I call after 2 weeks for an update. They said nothing yet. I kept asking for any update FINNALY part arrived after 13 weeks.
Send the technician again to fix it.
The EPJ worked for a few days and has stopped again. Since then it's been returned to the warehouse at Larapinta and again has had no updates. It has there for few weeks now.
Working in the transport industry for 10+ years, we had the worst customer service, the worst product ever purchased.
