Thank you Jamie and staff at Fork Force for helping us to choose the right forklift. It was a smooth process from paperwork through to delivery, the price was reasonable and affordable. We didn't have to wait long to get our machine delivery. Initially, we had trouble startup the machine, Jamie (Newcastle branch) and Paul (Wetherill Park branch) talked us through step by step and we got it working well before we got our pallet delivery on Monday morning. We have welcomed our 2.5t enforcer at Tier one scaffolding yard.
As a long term forklift abuser I can’t fault this machine , very safe without being annoying.
Comfortable to use all day , smooth controls yet very powerful while being great on fuel or gas consumption 10/10 everyone involved.

I recently purchased a forkforce enforcer for my business we were using an old machine of a different make that was making our productivity very difficult. We decided to contact Chris and the team, they took the time to go through what we needed and offered us a range of options to choose from promptly. They offer a finance broker service if you need it. We urgently needed the machine and between ordering and receiving our machine it was roughly a week we were impressed with the customer service. The machine is perfect was delivered by a great transport service and I'm sure this machine will last us a very long time and we are looking forward to working with them ongoing to maintain our new machine. I would highly recommend forkforce and I'd purchase another machine as soon as we need it in a heartbeat.
