Terms and Conditions for “WIN With Fork Force” Spring Promotion

Eligibility:
- This promotion is open to legal residents of Australia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
- You must be an eligible representative of the purchasing company to receive the prize for this promotion. Fork Force takes no responsibility for determining your eligibility regarding your employment and position within your company.
- Employees, contractors, and agents of Fork Force and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Promotion Period:
- The promotion starts on 7th October, 2024 at 12:00 AM AEST and ends on 6th December at 11:59 PM AEST.

How to Enter:
- Participants will receive one (1) entry into the draw for every forklift purchased during the promotion period.
- Participants will receive one (1) additional entry for every $10,000 ex GST spent on forklift-related purchases (including accessories but excluding maintenance contracts, etc.) during the promotion period.
- Purchases must be made directly through Fork Force Australia or an authorized branch.

Prize:
- One (1) winner will be selected to receive 600,000 rewards. The prize is non-transferable. In the event Rewards Points are not able to be granted to the winner for any reason, a substitution or cash equivalent of up to $5,000 will be offered.

Draw and Winner Selection:
- The draw will be conducted on 10th December, 2024, and the winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
- The winner will be notified by phone or email within 2 business days of the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 5 days, an alternate winner may be selected.

Conditions:
- By participating, entrants agree to these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Fork Force Australia, which are final and binding in all respects.
- Fork Force Australia reserves the right to verify the eligibility of each entrant and to disqualify any entrant who does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
